It all began with a trip to Costa Rica last March. I was more than happy to see that the drink menu contained a white russian option, and not only was it staring me in the face, it was named "russo blanco". Love it. I had one last night and it was made with real cream. I am a dairy girl. Most of the time it is ice cream, but I grew up drinking milk (mostly skim) and wish that drinking whole milk on a regular basis was both healthy and fat-free. I prefer my milk room temperature, but I prefer my russo blancos on ice.
