After finding that ridiculous post yesterday with the donut sandwich, I did pretty well for myself last night. I went home, ran, and didn’t even eat ice cream. Am I just the healthiest person on earth or what? Um, no. However, today I cannot stop thinking about Lorna Doone's. We used to eat them when we were little. They are shortbread cookies (aka they are cookies that taste like butter). Count. Me. In. I am 87% sure they have them in the little bodega in the lobby, but I also know I will eat the entire pack, which I do not want to do. I am torn, and especially infatuated with the name. Lorna Doone – that has such a nice ring to it. I also feel like I may have written about them before, but oh well. They are worth mentioning twice.
