The kitchen herb garden is alive and kicking. I wish I could say I grew all of these healthy looking herbs from seed, but I tried and failed. I ended up going to a local nursery and buying them.
I missed two weeks of water and killed off two of the varieties and the chives never even sprouted. The basil, thyme, and parsley were kicking, but I mistook a spray bottle of Windex for a spray bottle of water, and sprayed the three living herbs down last week. Can you say idiot? I can. Let’s hope the herbs are happy in their little containers and provide us with delicious, fresh tasting additions to our meals and snacks.
