have a safe and happy long weekend

Although I will only spend Sunday at the beach this fourth of July, my weekend is full of friends and family and my husband (who I realize is both a friend and my family, but travels quite often and it is a big deal to me and I want to mention it - and it is my blog damn it), who will all be greeted with open arms and lots of hugs. I really cannot wait. I will see people I haven't seen in months and years. Time is flying. I get to start my weekend in just a few minutes, as I am getting out of work two hours early. I don't think I will get to see any fireworks this year, but I am fine with that. I would much prefer friends and family over fire in the sky. Enjoy your long holiday weekend and be safe.
