drinking to health

I write to you today and admit that I am not 100% healthy.  I have a cold.  I hate colds.  One way to combat and prevent them (which I have not been doing, obviously) is to drink raw apple cider vinegar.  I make a hot drink with the vinegar;  use as much of it as you can - two tablespoons is good, but if you can deal with more, go for it.  

I fill a mug with hot water that I boil on the stove.  No microwaves.
Then, I add my raw apple cider vinegar.  (Read this to learn more about the benefits.) 
Next, I add in a touch of maple syrup.  Honey works too, but I prefer the syrup.
Last, I add in a touch of cayenne pepper.  Start adding this slowly, and add more if you can handle it - it gets hot quick, so watch out.

Stir and enjoy being healthy!
