I finished! I know I should have waited until tomorrow to photograph this, but I am so darn happy it is done, I had to show you. Improvements made include; snap added to the very top to make the collar stand up (I live in the northeast), felty green lace added to the wrist areas and down the front, and green stitching added to the pocket flaps, outside collar, and down the front.

It doesn't look like much in the photo, but I think the coat looks very different. Hopefully, I will be seeing you this winter and you can see it in person. I am happy with the way things turned out and think all of the hand-stitching was worth it. Now I can feel warm, comfortable, and fun.

I love the lace and cannot wait to see the whole coat! Nicely done.
