Best Cheeses:  my sister introduced me to the Humboldt Fog variety, but I purchased Herbs de Humboldt this past weekend at our local farm market.  (Click on the types to learn more - the Humboldt Fog has a layer of edible vegetable ash along its center and under the exterior!) 

Both are winners in my book and I highly recommend.
