commenting on comments and labeling photos "photos"

These feel like announcements for the day that should be read over the loud speaker.  Please imagine my voice as such:

I am going to vow today to be better about responding to comments.  I just changed the settings for my comments to have a pop-out window.  I was having some issues responding to a comment, so I thought I would try this.  I hope it makes it easier for all of us.  I really love reading other people's blogs and seeing a response to the comments I made, so I am going to try my hardest to do the same.  So...comment away!

Also, I am going to stop using the label "photo" on my posts.  I think every post has a photo, or some kind of picture, except for two.  There really is no need.  I think photos make the blog more exciting (and colorful, which is most important).
