the sprout of all sprouts

I love Brussels sprouts.  (I just used spell check, and yes, I need the "s" after Brussels.) I don't like spelling very much at all, but I do LOVE Brussels sprouts. I can't get enough of them. I found this recipe on Pinterest and tried it this weekend. It is delicious. I pan-roasted the Brussels sprouts on the stove though, instead of roasting them in the oven. The bottom-line:

Brussels sprouts + maple syrup (from Vermont, of course) + balsamic vinegar =
a really good idea
