"now is the time to seize the day"

I was able to go to Newsies on Broadway last night because of a very sweet and thoughtful coworker. She was given tickets from the Director of our Ticket Service and asked me to come along. Glorious! I am forever indebted, as Newsies was such a memorable period of my childhood and I got to see the show on Broadway for free. Free makes everything better. However, it really was a very, very good show. If I had to pay I would not have been disappointed - at all. I hope it wins armloads of Tony Awards and gets extended for many, many months. I took the photo on my train ride home. That is the actual Playbill and my ticket. I had to catch the 10:18 p.m. train home. The show is 2.5 hours, but it is so good that it goes by quick and feels like ten minutes. Time flies when you are having fun!
