When I typed the word app in my last post, it made me think of Appian Way Pizza. Growing up, we normally ordered out on pizza night, but sometimes we would use these kits and make it at home. It definitely did not produce the best pizza on earth, but there was something that was so special and delicious about it. The sauce came in what reminds me of an extra large ketchup packet. I used to love the smell of the dough cooking too. I hope you got to try this kind of pizza at some point in life.
I feel like I also could have titled this post – “random thought of today”. Sometimes I think of the strangest things, and thankfully I have a blog now, so you get to hear about them. It always makes me laugh that I remember this stuff, when I have trouble remembering what I did two days ago.

ReplyDeleteMaking pizza at home is always so much fun, they just never come out quite as perfect as a pizza place. Grilling pizza is great too, for summer! Put the dough on the grill for a few minutes on each side, make sure one side is cooked more than the other, then add your toppings. I like finishing it off in the broiler, so the cheese gets melty.
