darn good steak (cooked indoors)

The day is almost done, so I decided to post the quickest and easiest thing I could. We made this Tuesday night and it was delicious. I am not a huge fan of cooking steak indoors (aka not on the grill), but this turned out tremendously well. You could definitely substitute the mushrooms for another vegetable, if you are not into them. We followed the recipe closely and gave it a standing ovation. 

We used some of the leftovers last night on a salad with a ginger-soy-shallot vinaigrette. That was pretty fabulous, too. I think flank is one of my top two favorite cuts of steak.
