the time has come to come on back

Happy New Year! I never thought I would make it back, but here I am. I miss writing, but have been busier than ever (and sick), without a single instant to sit down and write. I have been quiet for too long and have A LOT to say – not really, but I have few things I would love to share. Stay tuned in the upcoming days for the following posts; den décor, homemade gifts, housing guests for new years, inner liner of my new winter jacket, and a delicious flank steak recipe (that involves cooking the steak indoors). They may be in that order, or they may not. You’ll have to keep checking in to find out! 

I hope I didn't lose everybody because of my long absence, and you know that I appreciate you reading this and hearing your comments (both online and in person). I really do love sharing some of life’s delights and happiness with YOU. I hope 2013 is panning out to be a great year for you and yours, and your new year has been full of restful nights in front of a fireplace (hence the photo). Until tomorrow...
