I thought my favorite yogurt was Greek yogurt, but I overdosed on it and only use it if a recipe calls for it, or I can substitute it for something less healthy, like mayonnaise. Then I thought my favorite yogurt was Maple Brown Cow, but it has this cream layer on top that just never mixes in and becomes soft, creating chunks of hard-ish cream within the smooth yogurt. (Not okay. I like smooth yogurt and smooth yogurt only. No chunks, no fruit, just yogurt.) We recently took a trip to the grocery store Wegmans, and I purchased three Vanilla Maple Blended Lowfat Yogurts. I should have bought one hundred. They are delicious – not too sweet, no chunks, and the perfect end to lunch. I am not craving chocolate or anything sweet. It is miraculous. Usually after I get done with lunch, I want a cupcake. Not today!
