taking care of kitchen business

This weekend we need to get serious about about organizing our kitchen. I love organizing things, but this task just seems so daunting. I think it's because it involves making so many decisions. I hate making decisions and have a really rough time at it. Ugh. I have tried to take this on the last two weekends, but it just seems so intimidating.

My husband installed the bones to a pantry in our kitchen, and it is up to us to take it to the next level. We purchased two long unfinished cabinet pieces from Lowe's, and then he stained them and installed them. Now, we must figure out what belongs in the pantry, what belongs in our actual cabinets and drawers, and how those things should be set-up to make our lives and kitchen experience as enjoyable as possible.  I hope in the end we are happy and our spaces look like the drawer pictured. Man, I would love it if that was our drawer...
