lemony breakfast goodness for our visitors

My parents came to visit this past weekend, which was totally awesome and I made this lemon yogurt cake to eat as a sweet with our breakfast. I would have made more things, but with only two days notice and much mulching needing to get done, there just wasn't time. 

I pinned this cake ions ago to make for them at some point in life. It appeared that it would even travel well, so if I needed to bring it home on the train, I could. It was good, a classic lemon cake. The recipe warns of the dense-ness, which I actually enjoyed. I have some issues with glaze, as it just slides off the bread and puddles down below, but there were some nooks and crannies on the top where it collected - those were my favorite parts.
