It happened. I found an ice cream truck with my absolute favorite ice cream in New York City. The ice cream truck is located in midtown and carries Van Leeuwen ice cream. I have tried a few flavors, but my absolute fav is their vanilla. It is heavenly. The truck is adorable and so is their website. The ice cream shop in Boerum Hill is beautiful, too - lots of windows. I have yet to visit the shop in Greenpoint, or the East Village, but I imagine I will get to at least one of them sometime soon. Click here to visit the website. (Disclaimer: I mean hard ice cream. My soft serve heart belongs to the Mister Softee truck that used to park across the street from Zuccotti Park, downtown by Wall Street. It was creamier than the other Mister Softee trucks and had better sprinkles. Don’t mess with this Mister Softee. My coworker and I used to go so often that the little man inside the truck had our orders memorized. Not proud, but kind of am.)
um having Mr. Softee know our orders was pretty much a life accomplishment. Also, we would have murdered everyone if we didn't take those walks.
