I found a new best friend this week…a friend I have yet to meet. His name is Andrew Knowlton, he works for Bon Appetit, and he and I see eye to eye on one thing in life – Miller High Life. I used to be a beer snob and only drink microbrews, but over the years, and especially after eating gluten free for a number of months, I lost my taste for heavier beer. I really love this beer; I mean how could you not? It is the champagne of beer - it even says so on the label! I am a Miller girl. I like Miller products (if High Life is not available I will drink Miller Lite) and I even own Miller suspenders. It is light. It is refreshing. It is great beer.
