How delightful does this look? I wish I could make one tonight, but we are heading to Pennsylvania for the first of six weddings we will be attending this year. We are sharing a cottage with four other friends and although we will have a few amenities, I don't believe we will have Grapefruit Shandies. Sad. If I am not feeling so hot on Sunday, I may whip up a batch of these. Click here for the recipe.
