like hey...I'm baaaaaaaack

I recently scrolled through my past blog entries to find a recipe (not for baking, but for margaritas) and it made me remember how much I like writing about random things I see or think about. I am going to make an effort to begin my posts on my train rides and then finish them when I get to work (either before everyone else gets in, or during my lunch break). A lot has happened in the past few months and aside from a few things I want to mention, I am going to move forward with what I share, instead of backwards. I also want to apologize because I know a few of you have been checking this regularly and I haven't touched it since the beginning of December. Sorry. I really do feel horribly about that and hope you check again and realize I am back. Here's to 2014 and finding fun delights to share with you!

the launch

Today is the day of my “real” launch and I welcome you to my blog – my latest and greatest approach to documenting and sharing my life with the people I love.  I tried to do this months ago, but felt I needed to gain a better understanding of this program.  I also wanted to have more than a post or two in place to share.  Twenty four posts later, I finally feel ready to open my online world to YOU.

Sooooo...I really wanted to launch this today, as in June 22.  2 is my favorite number and 22 is my really favorite number, but there were way too many things going on and I did not do it.  I also want to get this all jazzed up with more posts before unleashing it to the world.  I plan on doing a little crafting tonight that I would like to share with you.  Stay tuned…
