saving space

These things are great.  They make salt and peppering your food easy AND they save space on your countertop.  I ordered this exact one last week and it arrived yesterday.  We used to own a different model made by another company (this is Bodum, I believe the other was Martha brand), but it didn’t make it through an early summer shrimp boil.  Hopefully this one is sturdier and will last a lifetime - it seems like it will.

This model is an upgrade in size (the other one was smaller) and it has adjustable fineness screws.  We like our salt and pepper chunky, but if we need it finer for a recipe all we have to do is turn the dials on the bottom tighter.
