Who doesn’t love chips veggies and dip? It is a staple at nearly every party I have ever attended and is somewhat (?!?!?) healthy. It also goes by the name “crudités” at fancy events. Crudités is French (obviously) and is used to designate uncooked vegetables.
There are so many creative ways to serve it, but this way (see photo) seems neat, tidy, AND delicious. Aside from people who are on low-carb diets, who would be opposed to the addition of bread?
The only bone I have to pick with this set-up is it would appear that one must scoop out the middle of the bread in order to make room for the dip. I am a huge fan of “middle bread”. I do like crust, but “middle bread” is my favorite. I guess one must make the sacrifice in order to utilize this colorful display.
This idea is an Guinness as the mock stuffed bread idea!!!
