I recently learned about a website called Fab.com. After signing up, you receive emails that feature things for sale from popular designers like; rugs, prints, furniture, clothes, pottery, wallpaper, kitchen gadgets, etc. You can subscribe to specific categories of stuff and decide how frequently you want notifications, and because we have a new home I subscribed to furniture (which also encompasses décor). This website is dangerous!
My most recent purchase purchases (because I bought two) were from an artist called Beth Hoeckel. She makes the craziest prints using scissors, paste and paper, of vacationers and families amongst crazy looking landscapes. I wanted to buy them all, but decided to pick out two. (Decided meaning got told to buy no more than two.) Thankfully, the one I really loved was also the one my husband loved. The other one that caught my eye contained a lot of mint green – mint green makes me think of mint chocolate chip ice cream, which is delicious and awesome. The one pictured here was my third favorite. It is called Photosynthesis. To see the ones we actually purchased, you will have to come by and visit.
