we need to schedule a "play" date

Here’s to a new month, in a new year! Nothing totally catastrophic happened in January, but overall it just wasn’t a super happy month for me. Maybe it was the post-holiday blues, or maybe it was the winter clouds?!?!? Whatever it was left me feeling kind of “eh”. Here’s to February bringing sunny days, happiness, and cheer.

I mean, we get to celebrate LOVE this month! I love hearts, and love, and valentines (like the actual paper), and heart-shaped candy, and love notes, and telling the important people in my life how much I love them. (I unfortunately don't love red, but I do a little for this month.) My husband and I have decided on no gifts for Valentine’s Day. Instead, we are treating ourselves to a Broadway play. Still not sure which one, but we have yet to see one after living here for over three years. Enough musicals already…we need a play!
